Antonis Priftis came down from the mountain, returning his sheep to the fold. Suddenly he saw a bright mushroom-shaped object hovering over nearby trees. The object had bright spotlights around its rim at the bottom and covered the area beneath them.
Two strange creatures, it seemed, came down to earth in one ray "floodlights". Beings wore "costumes of a diver" (the witness referred to them as "the sponge divers"). The two creatures came closer and stopped about 3 metres from him. They didn't talk to him, but the witness felt "the voices in my head".
