From November 3, 2012, in the evening, the witness observed and photographed over the city of Joinville (in France, in the Haute-Marne) a few lights. Many witnesses were present in the place and all described the same thing.

This Saturday, shortly before 7 o'clock in the evening, the inhabitants of the banks of the Marne saw the mysterious UFO floating in the night sky. Michelle Russet says:

"I closed the shutters, when she saw in the sky a cloud of red UFOs. It was like orange balls. It was perfect. There were at least thirty. They were very high and took place over Noventum from East to West."

Unexplained phenomenon lasted about ten minutes before disappearing suddenly.

Original news

On the basis of the appearance of objects in the photo and description of witnesses, "the phenomenon lasted about ten minutes before disappearing suddenly", it's probably a group of sky lanterns.
