Initial data
The Ghost was photographed in the centre of London (England). He stood near Westminster bridge, watching the Thames.
It was a man wearing very modern clothes with a red jacket with white sleeves and skinny jeans. He also appears to have a headdress on his head. Last, transparent, stands near the wall, bordered by the calm waters of the Thames.
This photo was taken by a professional photographer named Jules Annan on the eve of new year holidays. He urged the researchers of paranormal phenomena to try to shed some light on this amazing event.
"I've never seen anything like it, and I can't explain. When I took the photos, there was nobody there, and it's not a double exposure or a long exposure. I showed it to five or six other people, and they also can't explain it."

Original news
A photographer believes he captured a ghost on camera during the New Year's Eve celebrations in London.
Professional snapper Jules Annan called in paranormal investigators - and they are struggling to explain his spooky image.
The shot shows a transparent figure dressed in modern clothing gazing out over the Thames near Westminster Bridge in London.
Jules said: "Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I can't explain it.
"There was no one there when I took the photographs and it is not a double exposure or a long exposure.
"I have shown it to five or six other people and they cannot explain it either."
Among the experts he has consulted is paranormal investigator Lee Roberts, owner of Haunted Events UK.He also believes it cannot be explained by camera error - and says it is likely evidence of paranormal activity.
"I can explain 99 per cent of these photographs but he has found a live one here - or a dead one, as it were," he said.
"He says he hasn't tampered with it, so to me this is a good piece of evidence.
"People always think ghosts have to be a Victorian woman holding a baby - but if there are spirits out there then they should include people right up to the present day.
"You can get spirits from hundreds of years ago but also some from fairly recently."But a commenter on YouTube was less than impressed, writing: "Looking at the light trails on the bridge (and the water reflections) I'd suggest your camera was on a tripod, with a long exposure.
"The 'ghost' was obviously standing there for part of the exposure. Nothing new or clever here, just a tripod, someone who can stand still for a few seconds, and a little white lie about being hand held."
If he is 'real', the poor chap - who has his head bowed and his hands seemingly stuffed into his pockets - seems a bit down on after-life.
Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
On the basis of the appearance of water in the river ("blurry") and light sources (for example, a bright trace of moving objects on a bridge), when shooting this photo the camera was on a tripod and shot with a slow shutter speed. To get this "Ghost" is that the person in the red jacket stood there for a fraction of the time of exposure, and then walked out of the frame (see example No. 10 in the version of "Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure").
