John mark, an experienced private pilot, managing Navion light plane at an altitude of 6200 feet, one silver (or aluminum) round object with a flat bottom, raised front edge, inverted cone on top and a diameter of about 40 feet at a height of 12,000 to 15,000 feet.
The object flew horizontally with a speed of about 2000 mph, hovered, made a steep climb in cloudy weather. Radar at Dayton airport (Ohio), tracked very fast target (1980 miles per hour) in the same place.
