August 25, 1974 in the evening, the man claims to have seen with my own eyes a couple of sirens near the shores of the river Chusovaya (near the city of Perm, Russia).
At the time, Alexander Kataev was a young boy and already an experienced hunter. In the day when he was walking on the banks of the river Chusovaya, he suddenly heard someone or something gets in the water. At first he thought it was a big fish, but when he heard a strange whisper, he came closer to the shore and lay down in the bushes.
So disguised, a few meters from the water, he saw the man and woman, who, it seemed, was not "normal" people. At last, it seemed, had gray skin. The woman had long curly red hair and was visibly pregnant. A man swam up to the bushes and pulled out a box, which was something mysterious about it.
He gave a box to his companion. It seemed that they had fun. They laughed quite naturally. A few moments later, two creatures with very strange characteristics tried to light a fire by rubbing two canoes near the weeds on the shore. They managed to make only a few sparks.

She seemed to be enjoying herself, waving, kicking and emitting an unnatural metallic laugh. Alexander watched as the strange beings began rubbing two rocks together near the weeds on shore apparently in attempt to start a fire, but only managed to create some sparks. They spoke to each other in strange high pitch voices resembling “Que-Que”. Eventually they tired and swam silently onto the opposite shore; they climbed out of the water and then quickly climbed up a rock cliff near the shore. Once on top they disappeared into the darkness.
