An eyewitness from the city of Middelharnis writes:
A row of 3 spheres of bright light, different sizes and colors. There is active activity in these areas.
In the video, you can see that it looks like something is entering a small white sphere, so it lights up less brightly, and then it lights up and moves brightly again. In the same area next to another sphere, there is something pink.
Later, a balloon rises into the sky, it disappears, and a few seconds later it all appears again in silence. What is it?!
He was here more often, and I also have photos of him, photos from past times, the light bulbs in the picture regularly change to different colors, and the two in the video just now (this morning).

MIDDELHARNIS, ZH — Een rij van 3 bollen fel licht en verschillende groottes en kleuren. Er om heen is er veel activiteit om deze bollen heen. In de video is er te zien dat het lijkt of er iets in de kleine witte bol gaat waardoor deze minder fel brand en later weer fel brand en beweegt. Er loopt ook iets op het op het zelfde stukje vlakbij de andere bol de roze. Later komt er een bol in de lucht deze verdwijnt en een paar seconde later verschijnt deze weer dit alles geruisloos. Wat is het?! Het is vaker hier en heb hier ook foto’s van, de foto’s zijn van de keren ervoor, de bollen op de foto hebben geregeld andere kleuren, en twee video’s zijn van net (vanmorgen).

Hypotheses
Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.
Investigation
From photos and videos, it is quite difficult to judge the origin of the object, since it (they?) they are out of focus of the camera, which makes it difficult to determine not only the nature of movement, but also the appearance.
