On Saturday, a witness saw a cigar-shaped object 400 meters long encircle the area, then it moved east into the sea.
When the object flew past the witness, the equipment is out of order. Was marked by a vesicular projection with the lights, illuminating the rectangular observation window.
Shadows or figures were visible in these windows.
It was also reported that a substance similar to a spider web fell from the object, settling on windows and external surfaces. When touched, it became very liquid.
