At the local hospital, Hospital del Torax, nurse Wilma Juanyapaco was working the night shift in the intensive care unit on the ground floor when she was suddenly seized by a strange stupor that paralyzed her body. She couldn't move her arms, legs, or even her eyelids.
With great effort, she was finally able to turn around and collided with the figure of a tall man, shrouded in a greenish aura and apparently headless. The figure suddenly disappeared from view. Wilma remained in a stupor for a few more minutes.

She was unable to move her arms, legs, or even the eyelids. Using tremendous effort she was finally able to turn around and was confronted by the figure of a tall man, enveloped in a greenish aura and apparently headless. The figure suddenly vanished in plain sight; Wilma remained in a stupor for several more minutes.
