The strange-looking "animal", resembling a small bear and jumping with great agility, reportedly mutilated numerous farm animals, including ducks, pigs and even dogs, which caused great alarm among local residents.
The men organized nightly "hunting parties" to find the animal. According to various accounts, this bizarre creature resembles a bear, but the size of a dog, about 45 cm in height, with a yellow chest and large fangs sticking out of its mouth. Obviously, he has the ability to jump over high hedges and animal pens.
Madeleine Flores, a community leader, reports that at the moment about 14 households have been affected, who have asked for help from the Ministry of Agriculture.
