An eyewitness reports the observation of three objects over Heerlen (Limburg):
23:15: The CE5 protocol is completed, then 2 balls are first visible, to which the 3rd one was added shortly after (blinking).
the other 2 (see video)
And again 1 of the objects went to the north
And the other 2 kind of went looking for themselves (flew past each other)
After that , he stayed for a while and then this object also disappeared out of nowhere . (video accelerated)

3 Objecten ( UFO'S/UAP )
HEERLEN, LB — 23:15 : CE5 protocol afgerond daarna eerst 2 lichtbollen te zien, waar er niet lang daarna zich een 3e bijvoegde ( knipperend )
Hierna ( zie video ) gaat de meest rechter richting het Noorden
Toen knalde er een 3e uit het niets zich bij de andere 2 ( zie video )
En ging weer 1 van de objecten richting het Noorden
En zich de andere 2 soort van gingen opzoeken ( vlogen langs elkaar af )
Hierna bleef hij nog even hangen en daarna verdween dit object ook uit het niets. ( video is versneld )
Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
In the photo, the objects are blurred due to the movements of the operator's hands. The video about which the eyewitness speaks has not yet been published.
