E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

A small group of aliens secretly visiting the Earth under the cover of night, to collect samples of plants in a California forest. When government agents appear and the aliens flee in their spaceship, but in the rush forget one of their own.

In a Suburban area in the valley of San Fernando, ten year old boy named Elliot is walking with his brother Michael and his friends. When they return home, Elliot discovers that someone is hiding in their barn for tools.

Elliot leaves a trail of candy to lure the alien into his house. The next morning he pretended to be ill to stay home and play with the alien. Later that day Elliot shows guest Michael and their five year old sister Gertie. The children decide to hide an alien from his mother Mary. When they ask the stranger about his house, he levitates several balls of portraying his planetary system. Then the alien demonstrates his ability, reviving dried chrysanthemum, shining touching it with the tip of his finger. In the same way it heals a small wound on the finger of Elliot.
