Project Infographie: If birds left a trail

Infographie is the current project of the photographer Xavi BU. Admiration for nature, especially birds, arose in childhood due to the unforgettable long walks with grandpa.

Since then, the interest of the photographer to birds continued to grow, eventually becoming the focus of his project of Infographie.

Javi BU focuses on the birds in order to capture in a single timeframe, the forms that they generate during flight, making visible the invisible.

Unlike its predecessor, motion analysis, Infografia depart from the scientific approach of chronophotography used by such photographers as Edward Muybridge and étienne-Jules Marey.

The approach used by Xavi to bow to the image of the scene creates images that are no longer a single portrait of reality, and witness the moments, which at the moment was past, present and future simultaneously.

In his photographs captured tracks, which are birds in flight, captured all the movements.
