Julie García Gonell y uno de sus estudiantes salieron de un campamento local para dar un paseo. Al pasar por el cementerio local, escucharon algunos sonidos provenientes de arbustos cercanos, curiosos, se pararon y miraron en la dirección del ruido, pero no vieron nada. Sin embargo, permanecieron en su lugar, mirando a su alrededor y escuchando otros sonidos y, al mismo tiempo, intrigados por aquellos que podían moverse por la empinada cresta.
Cuando ya estaban a punto de irse, ambos hombres notaron en el camino una extraña figura que parecía alejarse de ellos. Encendieron una linterna sobre una figura extraña que parecía huir de ellos, y ambos hombres notaron que la figura era enorme y oscura y parecía tener dos grandes ojos inclinados.
Ambos hombres estaban extremadamente sorprendidos por la amplitud de los ojos que indicaban una cara grande. La figura desapareció en la oscuridad.

Summary: Juli Garcia Gonell and one of his students had left a local camping ground for a walk. As they drove near the local cemetery they heard some noises coming from the nearby brushes, curious they stood and stared in the direction of the noises but did not see anything. However they remained on the scene looking around and listening to more sounds and at the same time intrigued as to who could be moving in the steep ridge. As they were getting ready to leave both men noticed on the trail a strange figure that seemed to be walking away from them. They shone their flashlight at the strange form, which seemed to run away from them, both men noticed that the figure was huge and dark and appeared to have two large slanted eyes. Both men were extremely surprised to how widely separate the eyes were, indicating a large face; the figure disappeared into the darkness.
