Alan Smithe was on the phone to his mum when he picked up on the mysterious object on CCTV.

“You’ve got a little friend,” he begins as the orb floats in front of his mum.

“It’s Casper, mum,” the man laughs while she tries to swat away the mysterious object.

Strangely, the orb can be seen to move freely across the room while the mum watches in shock.“It’s got to be a camera thing,” argues the puzzled son, before concluding: “I have no clue what’s going on”.

“What the hell is that?” Alan questions while the object floats eerily from left to right.

“I can’t see it with my eyes” yells his mum as she watches the creepy CCTV footage from her phone.

Clearly baffled by what he saw, Alan shared his chilling encounter with Youtube conspiracy theorist The Hidden Underbelly 2.0.They claimed the "entity" was a "ghostly orb".

The video has gained hundreds of views since its upload on Friday (December 7).

And viewers are convinced the object in the video is an orb.

One shocked person wrote: “Dude that was freaky.”

"That ghostly orb seems nice," another added.

But others found it all a bit too strange, with someone commenting: “If I was that flying ball I don't think I would be hanging around in your mum’s laundry.”
