El tercer incidente con Paulo Cayetano Silveira ocurrió en compañía de su amigo Elvio B. Cuando viajaban de regreso a Itaperuna desde Natividad de Carangola, el auto de Paula Cayetano comenzó a fallar. Le señaló a su amigo, respondió que tenía sueño y quería dormir como antes, el auto se salió de la carretera y se detuvo, y el mismo objeto se enfocó nuevamente en el auto, la puerta se abrió y Paulo fue transportado al objeto acompañado del mismo tipo de entidad como se describió anteriormente, pero esta vez la criatura estaba vestida de rosa.
El testigo fue examinado con un automóvil que sobresalía del techo. Se tomaron muestras de sangre y se le mostraron varios paneles, uno de los cuales mostraba un plano de la ciudad de Itaperuna. El segundo panel parecía Mostrar una explosión atómica.
Toda la serie no duró más de cinco minutos, y él recuerda haber regresado al auto durante ese tiempo.
Su amigo, por otro lado, afirmó que cuando Paulo dijo que un objeto los estaba siguiendo, no era más que un autobús. De ninguna manera pudo soportar la colisión con el objeto, aunque no pudo explicar por qué encontró el automóvil al costado de la carretera con la puerta abierta y a su amigo en el Suelo cercano en un estupor.
Paulo fue llevado nuevamente al hospital SAMDU, donde los médicos encontraron una herida en su brazo. La policía no encontró rastros de sangre en el coche.

While the two were driving back to Itaperuna from Natividade De Carangola, Paula Caetano’s car began to malfunction; he pointed this out to his friend, he replied that he was drowsy and wanted to sleep, as before, the car was displaced off the road and stopped, and the same object again focused on the car, the door opened, and Paulo was transported to the object, accompanied by the same type of entity as described previously, but this time the being was dressed in pink. The witness was examined by a machine that extended from the ceiling; blood samples were taken and he was shown several panels, on one of which was displayed the town plan of Itaperuna; the second panel seemed to show an atomic explosion. The whole episode lasted no more than five minutes, at which time he recalls being back in the car. His friend, on the other hand, claimed that when Paulo said they were being followed by an object, it was nothing but a bus; he could in no way support the encounter with an object, although he could not account for his finding the car by the side of the road, the door open, and his friend on the ground nearby in a stupor. Paulo was taken to SAMDU Hospital again, where doctors found a wound on his arm. Police could find no trace of blood in the car.
