La luz que entra en el dormitorio despertó al testigo. Vio un rayo de luz blanca con un tinte fluorescente que se evaporaba de él. Gracias a la luz brillante, pudo ver el vehículo volador, cuyo haz salió en un ángulo de aproximadamente 75 grados con respecto al Suelo.
La viga era de unos 30 pies (9,1 m) de largo y unos dos pies y seis pulgadas (76,2 cm) de diámetro.
Vio un rayo de luz golpear el coche. En el impacto, la luz se comportó como agua, derramando el auto, su techo, paredes, todos los rincones y grietas de la camioneta.
Llegó a la playa e iluminó un tramo de arena de unos 40 pies (12 m) de ancho. Dentro de la plataforma iluminada, dos hombres estaban inmóviles mirando la nave.
La joven saltó de la pequeña y corrió hacia los dos hombres. La segunda mujer joven corrió hacia atrás, tratando de
alejar la luz de sus manos y cuerpo. La luz se apagó de repente.
Luego, el testigo perdió el conocimiento, al despertar, miró por la ventana.
Vio el barco flotando sobre la calle frente a la casa. Maniobró muy cerca de la ventana. El buque estaba hecho de zinc sin pulir.
Luego vio en el barco una ventana de seis pies (1,8 m) de ancho y dos pies y seis pulgadas (76,2 cm) de alto.
Vio a un hombre entrar en la habitación y levantarse frente a la ventana. En sus manos sostenía un objeto plano que se asemejaba a una tableta. Luego, otro hombre entró en la habitación, mirándolo y lo que estaba haciendo. Ambos vestían trajes de una pieza plateados brillantes, similares a trajes de neopreno delgados, sin marcas.
El último que entró en la habitación sonrió al otro y luego ambos sonrieron directamente al testigo. El testigo se asustó y cayó al Suelo, gritando a todos que se mantuvieran alejados de la luz.
De repente, hubo un fuerte ruido y una fuerte vibración sacudió la casa. Hubo un fuerte ruido sobre los techos,y la nave aparentemente voló.

A light coming into his bedroom awaked the witness; he saw a white beam of light
with a fluorescent tinge evaporating from it. Because of the bright light, he was able
to make out a flying craft from which the beam projected at an angle to the ground
of about 75 degrees. The beam was about 30 feet long and about two feet six inches
in diameter. He saw the beam of light hit a caravan. Upon impact, the light behaved
like water, pouring over the caravan, over its roof, over its walls, over every nook
and cranny of the van. It reached the beach and illuminated an area of sand about
40 feet at its widest. Inside the lighted area were two men standing motionless
looking up at the craft. A young woman jumped up from a small fire and ran to
stand with the two men. A second young woman was running backwards trying to
brush the light off her arms and body. The light suddenly went out. The witness
then blacked out, on coming to, he looked out the window. He saw the craft
hovering over a street in front of the house. It maneuvered very close to the window.
The craft seemed to be made out of unpolished zinc; he then saw a six-foot wide &
two feet six inches high window on the craft. He saw a man walk into the room of
the craft and stand in front of the window. He held a flat object in his hands
resembling a clipboard. Another man then entered the room looking at the other
man and what he was doing. Both wore bright silver one-piece suits like thin
wetsuits with no badges or markings. The last one to enter the room smiled at the
other, and then they both smiled directly at the witness. The witness became
frightened and dropped to the floor yelling at everybody to stay away from the light.
Suddenly there was a great noise and a severe vibration shook the house. There was
a great noise above the roofs as the craft apparently took off.
