La testigo viajaba sola en un automóvil cuando notó una luz brillante sobre una colina cercana. Apagó las luces y, al subir a la cima de la colina, notó un objeto en forma de disco que aterrizaba en un campo de maíz cercano. Redujo la velocidad y vio que el objeto tenía una pequeña cúpula en la parte superior y brillaba con una luz azul.
Llamó a su esposo en la Radio CB y describió el objeto, pero pronto la interferencia estática hizo que la Radio fuera inútil. Ella detuvo el auto, y lo siguiente que recordó fue ver el objeto despegar a alta velocidad.
Más tarde, mientras estaba hipnotizada, la testigo recordó haber visto cinco figuras de pie alrededor de su automóvil y mirándola.
Medían aproximadamente cinco pies (1,5 m) de altura, con caras blancas pálidas y enormes ojos alargados, dos agujeros para la nariz y ranuras para la boca. Momentos después, se encontraba dentro de la instalación, donde vio paredes y muchos mecanismos, así como una luz muy brillante.
Ella se encuentra en una habitación con varios monitores como pantallas y dos humanoides de pie junto a ella que parecían tener manos con garras. Una de las criaturas se describe como una mujer más humana con el pelo largo, una falda y una diadema. Los hombres vestían monos metálicos plateados, sólidos, con guantes, botas y correas en el pecho. La testigo recuerda que estaba sobre la mesa y la obligaron a quitarse la ropa.
Después de inspeccionarla, dos de las criaturas la sacaron a la calle y nadaron con ella hasta su automóvil.

Summary: The witness was alone traveling by car when she noticed a bright light over the next approaching hill. She dimmed her lights and when she crested the hill she noticed a landed disc shaped object on a nearby cornfield. She slowed the vehicle and saw that the object had a slight dome on top and was glowing with a blue light. She called her husband on the CB radio and described the object but soon static rendered the radio useless. She stopped the vehicle and the next thing she remembered was watching the object taking off at high speed. Later under hypnosis the witness remembered seeing five figures standing around her car looking at her. They were about five-foot tall with pasty white faces and huge elongated eyes, two holes for a nose and slit like mouths. Moments later she found herself inside the object where she sees walls and lots of machinery and also a very bright light. She finds herself in a room with several monitor like screens and two humanoids standing near her, these seemed to have claw like hands. One of the beings is described as a more human looking female with long hair, a skirt, and a band around her head. The male beings wore silver metallic jump suits, one piece, with gloves and boots and belts across the chest area. The witness remembers lying on a table and is forced to remove her clothing. After an examination she is led outside by two of the beings and floated to her vehicle.
