Datos iniciales
El 19 de julio de 1974, en Balcarce (Argentina), un objeto volador de forma metálica que se asemeja a un disco, se acercó al vehículo del anciano Antonio Le Pere. Eran alrededor de las 18:00 horas, cuando Le Pere notó que el atacante lo estaba siguiendo desde una posición a pocos cientos de metros a su izquierda y a solo 10 metros sobre el Suelo.
Redujo la velocidad de su automóvil mientras trabajaba en la cámara para tomar una foto antes de que el sujeto comenzara a subir y volar. Le Pere tomó fotos a través de una ventana bajada desde el lado del conductor del automóvil, a través de su mano izquierda sosteniendo el volante.
El artículo estaba hecho de un material retrorreflectante liso de color marrón cobre como el metal o algo intermedio entre los acabados de metal y cerámica. Tenía una cúpula elevada en la superficie superior de la nave y parecía tener un brillo rojizo a lo largo del borde de la Llanta o alrededor de ella muy cerca de la nave.
El extraño auto volaba en un curso plano y, obviamente, estaba bajo un control razonable.

July 19, 1974, at Balcarce, Argentina, a disc-shaped metal-looking flying object approached an automobile driven Sr. Antonio Le Pere. It was near 18:00 hours when Le Pere noticed the intruder keeping pace with him from a position only a few hundred meters to his left, and barely 10 meters above the ground there.
He slowed his automobile as he worked on his camera to take a picture before it started climbing and flew away. Le Pere took the pictures through the rolled down the window on the driver’s side of the car, shooting over his left arm holding the steering wheel.
The object was of a coppery-brownish smooth finished reflective material like metal, or something between a metal and ceramic finish. It had a raised dome on the top surface of the craft and seemed to have a reddish glow either on the rim edge or surrounding the rim very closely to the ship.
