El agricultor máximo Camargo vio cómo un gran objeto plateado redondo descendía sobre el campo y se colgaba. Dos tubos de luz multicolor salen desde abajo, y un rayo de luz blanca transparente desciende desde el centro hacia el Suelo.
En el Suelo, justo debajo del rayo blanco, aparece una figura. Era una mujer con el pelo largo y rubio y con una túnica blanca. Llevaba un collar redondeado y botones multicolores en el pecho.
Máximo permaneció paralizado y no pudo moverse cuando la figura femenina comenzó a acercarse a él, deslizándose sobre el Suelo. Cuando la mujer se acercó a Camargo, levantó la mano y le dijo que no tuviera miedo. Camargo de repente sintió un viento muy frío y se encontró en una habitación inundada de luz blanca que se asemejaba a un quirófano.
Allí vio varias figuras femeninas, casi idénticas a la primera que vio fuera del objeto.
Las mujeres humanoides le dijeron que habían venido a la Tierra para recoger a los futuros hijos de la humanidad que debían crear un "nuevo mundo".
Camargo fue liberado poco después, y más tarde se reunió y habló con el entonces presidente Panameño Balladares.

Farmer Maximo Camargo saw a large round silvery object descend over a field and hover. From the bottom two tubes of multi-colored light emerge and from the center a beam of transparent white light descends to the ground. On the ground right under the white beam a figure appears. It was a woman, with long blond hair and wearing a white tunic. She wore a rounded collar and multicolored buttons along the chest area. Maximo remained paralyzed unable to move as the female figure began moving towards him gliding just above the ground. As the woman arrived next to Camargo she lifted her hand and told him not to be afraid. Camargo suddenly felt a very cold wind and then found himself in a room covered with white lights, resembling an operating room. There he saw several women-like figures almost identical to the first one he saw outside the object. He was told by the female humanoids that they had come to earth in order to take away the future sons of humanity that were to create a “new world”. Camargo was soon released and later he is reported to have met and talked to the then Panamanian president Balladares.
