La familia de un suboficial retirado de la fuerza aérea de los Estados Unidos fue despertada por su perro a las 3:57 a.m.
Vieron 6-8 objetos en su tierra y propiedades cercanas durante la siguiente hora con tres cuartos. A veces, los objetos desaparecían cuando un avión volaba sobre ellos.
El evento continuó y las luces aún ardían cuando la familia se fue a trabajar y a la escuela esa mañana. El hombre se despertó del ladrido del perro, tres objetos de forma ovalada fueron vistos sobre árboles a 50 yardas de distancia. Recorrió dependencias y campos. Cada uno tenía una colorida franja de luces con un cinturón alrededor de la circunferencia.
