Datos iniciales
Marcia Hill, una niña de 12 años, pasó la noche con su novia en su casa. Sus padres se fueron.
Las chicas estaban viendo la televisión, cuando de repente resultó que la Recepción es muy mala, las líneas negras se mueven por la pantalla (la Recepción siempre fue excelente). El clima estaba despejado y, por el rabillo del ojo, notó el parpadeo de las lámparas ámbar.
Marcia entró en el dormitorio, desde donde se veía un Jardín bien iluminado. Luego fue atraída por el centro del Jardín, donde vio una figura en cuclillas que parecía blanca, con dedos muy largos.
Marcia parecía estar acariciando la hierba con estos dedos, y la describió como la posición del embrión en la hierba. Parece que no tenía cara. No sentía miedo, y se sintió atraída por verlo durante lo que parecía al menos 10 minutos.
Se volvió para llamar a una amiga para mirar esa figura, pero cuando volvió, desapareció.
Al volver a Bajar, el televisor ya estaba funcionando y las luces ya no parpadeaban.

Summary: Marcia Hill, a 12-year old girl was spending an evening together with her friend in her home. Her parents had gone out. The girls were watching television when suddenly there appeared to be a very bad reception with black lines moving across the screen (the reception was always excellent in the area). The weather was clear and from the corner of her eye she noticed the amber lamps flickering. Marcia went into the bedroom from where she could see the well-lit garden. She was then drawn to look into the center of the garden where she saw a figure crouching there, which appeared to be white, and had very long fingers. With these fingers, it appeared to Marcia to be stroking the grass and she described it as being in a fetal position on the grass. It did not appear to have a face. She did not feel scared and was drawn to watch it for what seemed to her at least 10minutes. She turned to call her friend to come and see this figure, but when she turned back it had gone. Upon returning downstairs the television was now working and the lights were no longer flickering.
