Alexey Alekseevich, un trabajador local de cría de cerdos, iba a alimentar a los cerdos en su ciclomotor modelo Riga-5, pasaba por el cementerio, el paso elevado del ferrocarril y la planta de concreto, cuando de repente vio un rayo de luz brillante a unos 50 - 70 metros de distancia.
Cuando se acercó a donde estaba el rayo, pensó que era una especie de foco que parecía girar cuando se acercó, su ciclomotor se apagó inesperadamente. De repente, un rayo de luz de unos 7-10 cm de ancho brilló frente a él y luego desapareció.
Luego escuchó un ruido en un campo arado cercano, al principio pensó que era un tractor, pero cuando miró, vio una esfera plateada de aproximadamente 3 metros de altura con dos proyecciones similares a antenas en la parte superior.

As he approached the area where the beam was located he thought it was some type of searchlight that appeared to be rotating, as he got closer his moped unexpectedly cut off. Suddenly the beam of light about 7-10cm in width shone in front of him it then disappeared. He then heard a noise on the nearby ploughed field at first he thought it was a tractor but when he looked he saw a silvery sphere about 3 meters in height with two antenna-like protrusions on top. He became frightened as he saw a figure come out from the side of the sphere that walked to the nearby wheat-field. He looked closer and noticed that the figure was that of a tall woman wearing white clothing. The woman was very tall, almost 2.50m in height. The woman then walked towards the road and stopped at about 4 meters from the asphalt. Aleksey further noticed that the woman was wearing some type of headgear that covered her forehead, chin and mouth area, however the eyes and nose were visible and they were quite human. As the witness stared he heard a female voice, quite ordinary sounding and in Russian, “Where are you going”? The witness answered that he was going to the nearby farm to feed the hogs. After several seconds of silence the woman said, “Go on and feed them, we will eventually take them and then you”. She then turned around and walked back to the sphere disappearing behind it. There was a noise and the sphere first rose slightly and then gained altitude disappearing towards the nearby estuary. The witness then walked back to the moped, which then functioned perfectly.
