Un testigo que estuvo involucrado en un secuestro OVNI anterior fue extrañamente visitado por tres hombres pálidos y muy calvos con trajes negros. Parecían orientales y llegaron a la casa de los testigos en un Cadillac negro del último modelo.
Se movían de manera bastante lenta y metódica, rígida e impasible, casi como robots. Uno de ellos le dijo al testigo que eran del FBI y que tenía que ir con ellos para responder algunas preguntas. Fabricaron varias tarjetas de identificación. Un hombre conducía un automóvil y un testigo estaba sentado en el asiento trasero entre los otros dos.
Condujeron en una gran vuelta y durante el tráfico alertaron a un testigo para que dejara de hablar de su secuestro de Ovnis. También tenían un pequeño televisor en el auto que mostraba algunos videos en los que supuestamente mataban a personas.
En un momento dado, el testigo intentó salir del vehículo, pero los hombres lo impidieron. Después de aproximadamente una hora y media, fue llevado a casa ileso.

The witness, who had been involved in a previous UFO abduction, received a strange visit by three pale, very bald men in black suits. They appeared Oriental-looking and arrived to the witness house in a black, late model Cadillac. They moved rather slowly and methodically, stiff and emotionless, almost like robots. The witness was told by one of them that they were from the FBI and he had to come with them to answer a few questions. They produced some ID badges. One man drove while the witness sat in the back seat between the other two. They drove in a big circle and during the drive warned the witness to stop talking about his UFO abduction. They showed him grisly pictures of mutilated human bodies. They also had a small television in the car, which showed some video footage of them supposedly killing people. At one point the witness tried to force himself out of the car but was prevented by the men. After about 1 hour and a half he was returned back home unharmed.
