Dionisio, de 66 años, un agricultor retirado, caminó por el campo y se sentó en una piedra junto a un árbol.
De repente, apareció un olor muy fuerte y agudo en el aire, y se escuchó un zumbido silencioso. Luego notó un objeto flotando sobre el Suelo, cerca de las líneas eléctricas más cercanas.
El objeto tenía forma de cúpula, era brillante y metálico, y tenía varias ventanas de forma ovalada de vidrio negro. Tenía unos tres metros de largo y un metro y medio de alto. En un lado del objeto, notó algunas inscripciones, algunas de las cuales parecían "IOIO", y en la parte superior del objeto había varios cables que aparentemente estaban conectados a las líneas eléctricas más cercanas.
Dionisio también notó un hecho curioso: si se alejaba unos 3 metros, ya no podía ver el objeto, pero una vez que avanzaba nuevamente, podía verlo.
De repente, vio tres figuras de pie junto al objeto, que eran aproximadamente seis pies (1,8 m) de altura. Había dos hombres y una mujer. Llevaban trajes plateados ajustados. Las caras de los humanoides eran asiáticas con pómulos altos, piel muy pálida y ojos inclinados.
Tenían manos grandes con cinco dedos largos y bien delineados, y sus bocas parecían grietas. También llevaban botas plateadas. De repente, el testigo sintió que algo le había golpeado en el pecho, mirando hacia arriba, notó que la mujer le había dado una señal y uno de los hombres se arrodilló junto al objeto.
Pronto comenzó a escuchar voces en su cabeza. Asustado, se escondió detrás de las piedras, y luego escuchó un zumbido y volvió a notar un fuerte olor. Al salir de las rocas, notó que los humanoides y el objeto habían desaparecido. En la escena, los investigadores encontraron rastros de tierra. También se ha encontrado una misteriosa roca en este lugar.
Al mismo tiempo, otros residentes de la región vieron luces y objetos voladores bajos.

66-year-old Dionisio, a retired farmer, was walking through a field and had sat down on a rock next to a tree. Suddenly there was a very strong & pungent odor in the air & a low hum could be heard. He then noticed an object hovering near the ground, next to some nearby power lines. The object was shaped like a dome & was shiny & metallic, it also had several black glass oval shaped windows. It was about 3 meters in length & 1 & a half-meter in height. On one side of the object he noticed what appeared to be some inscriptions, part of it resembling “IOIO” and from the top of the object there were some cables that were apparently connected to the nearby power lines. Dionisio also noticed a curious fact, if he moved back about 3 meters he could no longer see the object, but once he moved forward again, he was able to see it. Suddenly he saw three figures standing next to the object, these were about six-feet tall. There were two men & one woman. They were wearing tight fitting one-piece silvery outfits. The humanoid’s faces were Asian in appearance, with high cheekbones, very pale skin, and slanted eyes. They had large hands with five long well defined fingers and their mouths were slit-like. They also wore silvery boots. Suddenly the witness felt something strike his chest, looking up he noticed that the woman was signaling him, and one of the men was kneeling down next to the object. Soon he began hearing voices in his head. Frightened he hid behind some rocks, and then he heard the humming sound & noticed the pungent odor again. Coming out from the rocks he noticed that the humanoids and the object were gone. Investigators found ground traces at the site. A mysterious rock was also found at the site. During the same time others in the region saw low flying lights and objects.
