Los dos hombres, Benicio Quintero y Onelio González, estaban pescando en un lugar aislado cuando de repente notaron varias luces multicolores giratorias que parecían acercarse a ellos desde una colina cercana. Parecían Bajar lentamente la pendiente hacia la gente. Uno de los hombres armado con un cuchillo.
Cuando se acercaron a su lugar, los dos hombres se escondieron detrás de los arbustos y apagaron las linternas. Las luces continuaron bajando por un terreno muy difícil cuando, de repente, cambiaron de dirección y aparentemente desaparecieron, todo sin sonido. Cuando los hombres miraron a su alrededor, la luz volvió a encenderse a unos 20 metros de distancia. Ahora podían ver una serie de luces y algo similar a algún objeto detrás de ellas. De repente, vieron varias figuras deslizándose por el Suelo, viniendo de un objeto.
Las figuras estaban por encima de la altura normal y no parecían tocar el Suelo. Los hombres curiosos iluminaron linternas hacia las figuras y pudieron ver alrededor de 5 o 6 humanoides.
Al mismo tiempo, las luces multicolores giraban detrás de los humanoides que parecían controlarlos. Las figuras parecían vestirse con trajes de color caqui de color gris oscuro o de malla ajustados. Uno de ellos llevaba algo parecido a una linterna.
Los hombres nunca escucharon ningún sonido, pero sintieron un ligero calor o calor proveniente de las figuras. Después de que los humanoides vieron a los testigos, se dieron la vuelta y se deslizaron hacia un área inaccesible conocida como "la Palometa".
Los humanoides permanecieron en el área durante mucho tiempo y los testigos se fueron.

Summary: Two men, Benicio Quintero and Onelio Gonzalez were fishing in an isolated area when they suddenly noticed some rotating multicolored lights that appeared to be approaching their location from a nearby hill. They appeared to descend slowly down the slopes towards the men. Concerned one of the men armed himself with a knife. As they lights approached their location the two men hid behind some brushes and turned off their flashlights. The lights kept descending along very difficult terrain when suddenly they changed direction and apparently disappeared, all without a sound. As the men looked around the lights came on again at a location about 20 meters from them. They could now see a row of lights and what appeared to be some type of object behind the lights. Suddenly they saw several figures gliding over the ground coming from the object. The figures were above normal in height and appeared not to touch the ground. Curious the men shone their flashlights towards the figures and were able to see about 5 or 6 humanoids. At the same time, the multicolored lights rotated behind the humanoids, which seemed to control them. The figures seemed to be wearing tight-fitting dark gray or khaki mesh-like suits. One of them carried something resembling a flashlight. At no time did the men heard any noises but did felt a slight heat or warmth coming from the figures. After the humanoids saw the witnesses they turned around and glided over to an inaccessible area known as “La Palometa.” The humanoids stayed in the area for a long time and the witnesses left before they returned.
