Dos policías, Luis Bracamonte y Oswaldo Orellano, patrullaban esta zona rural en sus camiones cerca del Rancho Felipe Fernández.
En un momento dado detuvieron el camión mientras Orellano bajaba del vehículo y recorría la zona, mientras Bracamonte se quedaba dentro del vehículo cargando su tarjeta telefónica con su Teléfono móvil. Mirando su Teléfono, Bracamonte nota una pequeña luz que se acercaba a su ubicación a una velocidad bastante alta.
De repente, la luz se hizo mucho más grande y más brillante, ahora se asemeja a un gran "camión gris". Al mismo tiempo, Bracamonte ve una pequeña figura que al principio pensó que era un perro, pero cuando miró más de cerca, se dio cuenta de que era una pequeña figura humanoide de unos 80 cm de altura, con una cabeza grande, grandes ojos grises y un tinte verdoso en el interior.
Luego intentó marcar el número celular de Orellano, que estaba patrullando cerca, pero todo lo que podía ver en el receptor era estático. Luego ve a otras tres criaturas humanoides que emergen de un gran "vehículo"grisáceo y luminoso.
Dos eran como el primero que vio, y el tercero era más grande y más fuerte.
Al mismo tiempo, escuchó a Orellano, quien aparentemente estaba viendo la misma actuación, gritar de pánico. Inmediatamente, los cuatro humanoides se apresuraron hacia el objeto, que despegó, y desaparecieron rápidamente hacia el Norte, dejando atrás un brillo blanco que se había desvanecido, dejando atrás una niebla verde brillante y un fuerte olor a azufre.
Cuando el barco se fue, hizo un sonido como un trueno. Otros dos policías, Santiago Walter y Walter Carbajal, que patrullaban esa misma noche cerca del pueblo de Nicolás Descalzi, vieron cómo una gran luz blanca se acercaba repentinamente y se tragaba su automóvil. El motor se detuvo y sus teléfonos celulares dejaron de funcionar.
Al levantar los ojos, ambos vieron una poderosa luz blanca que se congeló brevemente y luego desapareció instantáneamente. Casi al mismo tiempo, varios aldeanos de Oriente observaron un extraño resplandor en el cielo en dirección a Irene. El esposo y la esposa que se dirigían a Marisol se acercaron por detrás una luz blanca que también iluminó su automóvil.

Two police officers, Luis Bracamonte, & Osvaldo Orellano, were patrolling this rural area in their trucks near the Felipe Fernandez ranch. At one point they stopped the truck while Orellano exited the vehicle and walked around the area while Bracamonte remained inside the vehicle re-charging his telephone card with his mobile phone. While looking at his phone Bracamonte notices a small light, which was approaching their location at fairly high speed. Suddenly the light became much larger and brighter, now resembling a large “gray truck”. At the same time Bracamonte sees a small figure which at first he thought was a dog, but as he looked more carefully he realized it was a small humanoid figure about 80cm in height, with a large head, large gray prominent eyes, and greenish in color. He then tried to dial Orellano’s cell number, who was patrolling nearby, but all he could get in the receiver was static. He then sees three more humanoid beings exiting the large grayish luminous “vehicle”. Two were similar to the first one he saw while the third was larger and more robust. At the same time he heard Orellano which was apparently watching the same spectacle, yelling in panic. Immediately the four humanoids ran back into the object which took off and quickly disappeared towards the north, leaving behind a white glow which disappeared leaving behind a green glowing mist and strong sulfur like odor. As the craft left it emitted a thunder-clap type sound. Two other police officers, Santiago Walter and Walter Carbajal who were patrolling that same night near the village of Nicolas Descalzi watched a large white light suddenly approach and engulf their vehicle. The engine stopped and their cell phones would not work. Looking up they then both saw a powerful white light which briefly hovered and then disappeared in a flash. Around the same time several residents from the village of Oriente watched a strange glow in the sky in the direction of Irene. And a husband and wife traveling towards Marisol were approached by a white light from behind which also engulfed their vehicle.
