La testigo fue a dar un paseo normal con su perro alrededor del hipódromo local y vio a un "hombrecito" de pie a unos 200 metros de distancia.
Ella no se dio cuenta al principio, pero luego, cuando se acercó, él comenzó a agitar su mano. Se acercó a un hombre de cinco pies (1,5 m) y habló sobre el clima. Luego, el hombre le preguntó si había visto estrellas fugaces en el cielo nocturno esa noche, lo miró perplejo y comenzó a reírse como si fuera una broma desde adentro.
Él le dijo que los veía regularmente durante sus salidas nocturnas. Mientras lanzaba la pelota a su perro, notó en el otro lado del lago un objeto azul / plateado brillante, tal vez algún tipo de barco.
Poco después de ver el barco, un pequeño hombre de 5 pies (1,5 m) de altura, que parecía muy humano, lanzó una pelota a su perro.
Increíblemente, la pelota voló unos 500 metros y su perro corrió detrás de ella. Ella en shock miró al pequeño hombre y notó su fuerza. Se rió y le dio las gracias. Luego hablaron un poco sobre los perros y luego sucedió algo extraño, una gruesa capa de niebla comenzó a envolverlos, haciendo imposible ver dónde estaba su perro, la nave similar a un objeto también estaba cubierta de niebla.
Ante la idea de que perdería al perro, se apresuró a buscarlo en la niebla. Momentos después, él vino agitando la cola y ella se sintió aliviada.
Se dio la vuelta y caminó hacia un hombre de 5 pies (1,5 m) de altura, pero no se veía en ninguna parte. Miró a su alrededor durante unos minutos y luego se acercó al lugar donde estaba el "barco plateado", que tampoco estaba allí, pero encontró un poco de hierba aplastada en ese lugar.

Summary: The witness had gone on her usual walk with her dog around the local race course and noticed a ‘small man’ standing about 200 meters away from her. She didn’t notice at first but then as she got closer he started to wave. She walked up to the 5foot man and started talking about the weather. The little man then asked her if she had seen any shooting stars in the night sky that night, puzzled she looked at him and he started laughing as though it was an inside joke. He told him that she regularly see them on her nightly walks. As she threw the ball for her dog to fetch she noticed a shiny blue/silver object over the other side of the lake, possibly a craft of some sort. Shortly after noticing the craft the small 5foot tall man, who looked very human, threw the ball for her dog, incredibly the ball went about 500 meters and her dog bolted after it. She looked in shock at the small man and commented on his strength. He laughed and thanked her. They then talked a little about dogs and then something strange happened, a thick layer of fog started to engulf them making it impossible to see where her dog was, the craft like object was covered with the fog as well. At the thought of loosing her dog she ran into the fog looking for him. After a few moments he came waving his tail and she felt relieved. She turned to walk in the direction of the 5 foot tall man but he was nowhere in sight. She looked around for a few minutes and then walked over to where the ‘silvery craft’ had been, it was also gone but she found some crushed grass at the site.
