El testigo de 9 años habló con su madre, que estaba viendo la televisión, y entró en el pasillo que conducía a su habitación sin abrir los ojos primero (tenía la costumbre de hacerlo en respuesta a otros fenómenos extraños en la casa).
Miró directamente a su habitación y vio algo que quedó grabado en su mente y se quedó con él hasta ahora.
Era un hombre completamente vestido de negro. Era bastante común en apariencia. Era Calvo, con una estrecha franja de pelo en la parte posterior de la cabeza. Pero todo lo demás en él estaba lejos de ser común. Estaba envuelto en un velo negro transparente. También llevaba una camiseta negra debajo del velo, que estaba sobre todo su cuerpo. Se inclinó y hizo algo, sosteniendo sus manos contra la pared.
El hombre escuchó al testigo y giró la cabeza hacia él. Miró al testigo durante un segundo. Sus ojos eran de color rojo brillante como un LED rojo moderno.
No tenía expresión facial, pero a diferencia de otras figuras fantasmales que el testigo había visto antes, era completamente firme y parecía un ser humano. De repente y en silencio, el hombre corrió directamente a la pared y desapareció.
El testigo le contó a su madre lo que vio, pero ella solo se rió. Aproximadamente un año después de este incidente, el testigo estaba en otra casa cuando de repente se despertó en medio de la noche y sintió algo que nunca había sentido antes.
Abrió los ojos y vio a una mujer. Estaba de pie en la puerta y llevaba un largo vestido blanco que cubría sus piernas, muy parecido a la novia del pastel. Había un patrón en el vestido, pero no podía desmontarlo.
Ella medía unos 5 pies (1,5 m) de altura y tenía el pelo castaño claro rizado. Ella miró directamente al testigo y sonrió. La miró y sonrió en respuesta. Ella era hermosa y él nunca se sintió así ni antes ni después.
Y luego, ante sus ojos, desapareció lentamente.

Summary: The 9-year old witness was talking to his mother who was watching television and entered the hallway leading to his room without closing his eyes first (he had the habit to do this in response to other bizarre phenomena in the house). He looked directly into his room and saw something that burned into his conscious and stayed with him till this day. It was a man, dressed entirely in black. He was rather ordinary looking. He was balding, with a narrow strip of hair around the back of his head. But everything else about him was far from ordinary. He was draped in a transparent black veil. He was also wearing a black tank top under the veil, which was draped over his whole body. He was bent over, and doing something with his hands on the wall. The man heard the witness and turned his head to face him. He stared at the witness for a whole second. His eyes were bright red, like a modern red LED. He had no expression, but unlike other shadowy figures the witness had seen before, he was completely solid and looked human. Abruptly, and without a sound, the man ran—directly into the wall and vanished. The witness told his mother what he had seen, but she just laughed. About a year after that incident the witness was at another house when he suddenly awoke in the middle of the night and felt a peace unlike he had ever felt before. He opened his eyes and saw a woman. She was standing in the doorway, and dressed in a long white dress that covered her feet, a lot like a bride on a cake. There was a pattern on the dress, but he could not make it out. She stood about 5 ft tall, and had curly light brown hair. She was looking directly at the witness and was smiling. He looked at her and smiled back. She was lovely, and he had never felt like that before or since. And then before his eyes she slowly vanished.
