Varios policías informaron sobre un "hombre extraño" que conocieron cuando se detuvieron en un semáforo.
Declararon que el hombre estaba cruzando la calle en un semáforo en rojo y cuando pasó junto a su coche patrulla, toda la energía se apagó por un momento y los oficiales informaron que "sintieron que el vello de su cuerpo se puso de punta".
El semáforo se apagó, su coche patrulla se apagó y la Radio se apagó. Como si eso no fuera suficiente, también informaron que el hombre parecía "desaparecer ante sus ojos".
Una camarera en un edificio cercano informó sobre el extraño comportamiento de este hombre, especialmente notando sus ojos extraños.
La fuente dijo que todos los testigos se negaron a hablar sobre el incidente después, y que la camarera renunció a su trabajo poco después de la reunión.

Several police officers had reported a “strange man” they had encountered while stopped for a traffic light. They stated that this man was crossing the street on the red light and when he passed by their patrol car all power stopped for a moment, and the officers reported they “could feel the hair of their body stand on end”. The traffic light went out, their patrol car stalled and their radio went dead. As if this wasn’t unnerving enough, they also reported that the man seemed to “vanish right before their eyes.” A waitress, in a nearby delicatessen reported some odd behavior by this man, noting in particular his odd eyes. The source reported that all the witnesses refused to talk about the incident afterwards and that the waitress left her job at the deli soon after the encounter.
