Several police officers reported a "strange man" they met when they stopped at a traffic light.
They said the man was crossing the street at a red light, and when he passed their patrol car, all power went out for a moment, and officers reported that they "felt the hair on their body stand on end."
The traffic light went out, their patrol car stalled, and the radio went dead. As if that wasn't enough, they also reported that the man appeared to "disappear right before their eyes."
A waitress in a nearby building reported the man's strange behavior, especially noting his strange eyes.
The source said that all the witnesses refused to talk about the incident afterwards, and that the waitress quit her job shortly after the meeting.

Several police officers had reported a “strange man” they had encountered while stopped for a traffic light. They stated that this man was crossing the street on the red light and when he passed by their patrol car all power stopped for a moment, and the officers reported they “could feel the hair of their body stand on end”. The traffic light went out, their patrol car stalled and their radio went dead. As if this wasn’t unnerving enough, they also reported that the man seemed to “vanish right before their eyes.” A waitress, in a nearby delicatessen reported some odd behavior by this man, noting in particular his odd eyes. The source reported that all the witnesses refused to talk about the incident afterwards and that the waitress left her job at the deli soon after the encounter.
