A woman driving on the A690 suddenly notices that her car has started to slow down.
She then sees what she describes as "a little man the size of a leprechaun, yellow in color with almond-shaped eyes," clambering along the edge of the grass by the side of the road, "like a puppet."
The lady slowed her car to a walking pace, where she was only yards away from the figure, and watched for a couple of minutes as she walked sideways along the edge of the grass.
