Big comet C/1577 V1

Bright long-period comet that reached a brightness -7m, and subsequently passed close to the Earth. First spotted on 1 October in Peru. Observed everywhere in Europe. In mid-November, the tail reached a length of up to 30°. On 27 November, the comet was located at a minimum distance from the Ground. The comet was observed before 26 January 1578. Based on their observations of the comet, the famous Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe found that the comet is moving outside the Earth's atmosphere.
