Two people in Arkansas say they saw an unidentified animal running on two legs. One of the witnesses, whose name was not provided to the BFRO, said that he and his son were fishing in a Creek in Northern Arkansas in August 2017.
"At first thought it was a beaver at 50-75 yards upstream where the water is deeper," he said. "But something unusual in its form. He began to swim back to the opposite shore and just stopped for about a second, then got up out of the water.
