The witness, a rock band member, was resting on the trailer couch, looking through the screen door, thinking about the band's performance. When suddenly three distinct faces appeared on the screen, measuring 28 by 24 inches (71.1 x 60.9 cm). Each face was identical and almost impersonal.
One face was on top, the other two on the bottom left and right, forming a triangle in the area of the screen. There was a faint buzzing sound, and then the faces and sound disappeared.
This event caused the witness almost a nervous breakdown.
