35-year-old Carlos Belevan Mesinas reportedly came into contact with human-like aliens from the Sirius star system.
The alien's skin was tanned (like that of an African-American, but not completely black) and dark brown. They were of average height (about 1.8 m), wearing tight overalls, hard hats, black belts, and large black high boots. Their eyes were light green and transparent. Their hair was light brown.
There were 4 aliens, and they told him their names and positions in the team. Their leader was called "arut".
The aliens told mesinas that They lived on 4 planets around the Hipparcos 30344 star system in the constellation Canis Maggioris.
The witness had additional contacts until June 1974.
It is reported that the aliens have a colony of 256 people on their planet. They build their homes from volcanic materials and polymers. The water on their planet is fresh, they do not have enough salt water. They allegedly used bases on the moon whenever they visited Earth.
Fixed update: the aliens told Mesinas that they came from an area near Sirius. The exact location was later determined to be the orange star HD 52698 in the constellation Canis Maggioris, 47 light-years away.
The aliens gave their planets the names of NEX-Ada, nix, Nux, and ner. Their star system is called Karks. The main planet was NEX-AAR, its capital KAB-Ver (population 23 million). The aliens had lunar bases in several solar systems, as well as bases on one of Jupiter's moons.
