Initial data
Ms. Patricia N. and her 3 daughters were driving around their neighborhood while waiting for the gas company to "eliminate" the strong smell of gas reported by at least 15 residents of the neighborhood.
As they were driving South on HOMEWOOD Avenue, they noticed a strange figure coming toward them on the sidewalk. He was 5 feet (1.5 m) tall and walked with a lunge forward, swinging his arms from side to side. He was not wearing a shirt and the witness thought that his chest was hairy, but the girls were not. He was wearing dark trousers with no visible bottoms, reaching to the "pig" legs, or hooves - definitely not normal legs. It came with a distinct "clicking" sound. His head was bald, and there was hair on the lower part of his face. They couldn't see any facial features.
The women turned at the end of the street and drove back, but the figure was gone. When they got home, the smell was gone.
