At various times, several witnesses observed a very tall, more than two meters tall, white humanoid figure with a large round head and no visible hands on the riverbank in a wooded area. The figure moved directly above the ground and was silent. There were also visible glowing balls of light moving near the ground.

Summary: At various times several witnesses observed on the banks of the river in a wooded area, a very tall, over 2 meters, white humanoid figure with a large round head and without any visible arms, the figure moved about just above the ground and was totally silent. Also luminous globes of light moving around near the ground.
