Initial data
Mike Burleigh was playing a Rugby ball when he was hit on the head by a heavy leather ball. Feeling a little bruised, he was taken to a nearby field to recover.
Left alone, he suddenly saw a bright flash and lost consciousness.
Later, he remembered that he was lying on his back, and a figure in a brown monk's hood was standing next to him. He could also see three other figures standing at his feet. The creatures then seemed to cut and scratch the witness, who felt no pain.
One of the figures appeared to be holding some sort of weapon. He also saw flashing colored lights and four rows of lights on what looked like a console.
The bright light fell directly on his face, and a few moments later he found himself lying face down on the field, surrounded by playmates who had been searching for him for some time.
