A woman on her way to hang up her Laundry looked up a nearby hill and saw a strange dwarf about 30 to 40 cm tall in a tree about 50 meters away. The dwarf was dressed in black clothing.
The witness comes back inside and looks out the window at the same time for his son. She also calls her mother-in-law on the phone.
The boy looks at the tree through binoculars, but can't make out any additional details. The creature appears to move from branch to branch, then stand on a very thin branch that doesn't seem able to support its weight. The humanoid appears to be trying to hide its face with its hand. Soon he disappears from view.

The witness goes back inside and looks out the window at the same time calling for her son. She also calls her mother in-law on the phone. The boy looks at the tree with a pair of binoculars but is unable to distinguish any additional details. The being seems to be moving from branch to branch and then stands on a very thin branch, which appears incapable of supporting his weight. The humanoid appears to try to conceal his face with his hand. He soon disappears from sight.
