Initial data
The witness, John Macleod, started seeing the strange man at the bus stop on weekday mornings.
He looked strange and unusual, for example, his skin, eyes and hair looked artificial. He wore a gray suit and briefcase for that "perfectly normal" look and always looked at the paper. He never made a sound, never looked up, his eyes never scanned the page or blinked, he never turned the page. He always got on the bus with a witness and stayed there until his stop.
The witness thought the little man looked like something disguised as a human.
For several days, it happened every day in the same way. Then one day he wasn't there, but he got on at the next stop around the corner. But the next day, he went back to the bus stop and sat down with him again, and then at the next stop around the corner, another guy came in who looked exactly like him. They both stared at their papers, neither of them in any way acknowledging the other's presence.
The witness found it rather strange that no one on the bus seemed to notice that they were accompanied by two identical guys. It seemed to the witness that he was the only one who could see them.
The witness left the area the next day and did not see them again.

Summary: The witness, John MacLeod began seeing a strange little man at the bus stop on weekday mornings. He looked weird and unusual in ways, for example his skin and eyes and hair all looked artificial. He wore a gray suit and briefcase for that “totally normal” look, and always stared at the paper. He never made a sound, never looked up, his eyes never scanned the page or blinked, he never turned the page. He always got on the bus with the witness and stayed on until after his stop. The witness thought the little man looked like something disguised as a human being. This went on exactly the same every day for a few days. Then one day he wasn’t there, but he got on at the next stop around the corner. But the next day he was back at the witness bus stop and got on with him again, and then at the next stop around the corner, another guy got on who looked exactly like him. They both stared at their papers, neither one acknowledging the other’s presence in any way. What the witness found rather strange was that no one else on the bus appeared to notice that there were two absolutely identical guys on board with them. The witness felt as if he was the only one that could see them. The witness moved out of the neighborhood the next day and never saw them again.
