Around the middle of the month, Joaquim Jose, a local farmhand, was returning to his home along a rural road that led him to cross a log bridge. Very tired, he began to cross the log bridge.
Halfway there, he noticed a tall black humanoid figure, with large bright white oval-shaped eyes looking at him. The creature was standing at the end of the bridge next to a eucalyptus tree.
The startled witness screamed, stepped back, and fell to the ground, injuring his knee.
At that moment, the creature started to run and quickly disappeared from view.
