Jeff Bach was driving home after leaving a friend's house, and as far as he could see, he was alone on the road.
After driving a few miles on the road, he saw in the distance about 8 "people" walking on the highway. These figures were walking along the two Northern alleys that he was in. They were slightly spaced and seemed to be wearing blue flowing robes or something similar.
Worried and wondering where these strange figures came from, he approached them. Suddenly one of them turned around and walked back into the alley, he raised his hand in an apparent attempt to restrain him as he did, some of the others also started racing back to the witness's car.
The startled witness started the engine and headed straight for the lead figure, who was incredibly motionless. At the last minute, he swerved into his own lane to avoid hitting a figure and drove away.
The figures were about six feet (1.8 m) tall.

As he drove a few miles down the road he could see in the distance about 8 “people” walking across the highway. These figures were walking across the 2 northbound lanes he was in. They were slightly spread out and appeared to be dressed in a sort of blue flowing robes or something similar. Concerned and wondering where these strange figures had come from, he approached them. Suddenly one of them turned around, and walked back into the lanes, it raised its arm in an apparent attempt to flag him down, when he did this some of the others started rushing back to the witness car as well. Frightened the witness gunned his engine and headed directly to the lead figure, which incredibly did not budge. At the last minute he swerved back into his lane in order to avoid hitting the figure and drove away from the area. The figures were about 6-feet tall.
