The witness and a friend named Mike were Smoking a cigarette in a dark alley when suddenly, about 50 yards (45 m) away, they saw a tall figure walking towards them.
As the figure came closer, it became apparent that it was more than 7 feet (2.1 m) tall and completely black in color. He was within 10 feet (3 m) of the witnesses before they fled the area.
Another strange detail was that when they were running away from this place, his friend Mike, although he was also running, tried to prevent the witness from escaping. Was he under some sort of mental control? Mike never explained why he did it.

Mike has never explained why he did that.
