The witness, who lived on the outskirts of the city surrounded by several acres of open ground, was cooking in the kitchen when she felt the need to go and look out the front window. Her dog did the same.
She was startled to see a group of children standing on the edge of the lawn near a street lamp. Then she realized that they were not children, but small creatures with huge bald heads, thin bodies, and long arms, their color a dark brown hue. Their movements were sharp, irregular, and fast, almost like those of insects.
The witness was scared and her dog hid under the bed until the next morning. Then the creatures apparently left.
