The three hunters were camping in a secluded area of the mountain when they started hearing noises coming from the wooded area. Then they saw four dark figures coming out of the forest.
Witnesses panicked when they found out that the figures were tall, hairy, and had bright red eyes. The creatures approached the witnesses, two men fired their rifles at the creatures without apparent effect, and then ran into the tent. A third man fired an AR-15 rifle at the approaching creature, also with no effect.
The creature then grabbed him and tore his shirt, then punched him twice before he ran into the tent. The three of them waited in panic for the creatures to attack, but they disappeared into the woods, apparently losing interest in the three terrified hunters.

The beings walked towards the witnesses, two of the men fired their rifles at the creatures without any apparent effect then ran into the tent.
