A local rancher, 60-year-old Melchor Prieto Dorsal was riding his horse to feed the cattle when he noticed a strange object floating about 100 meters away, which he believed was a balloon.
Approaching the object at a distance of 5 meters, he realized that it was some kind of flying humanoid, about three feet (0.9 m) tall, with a large head, small eyes, a barely noticeable nose, ears and a very short neck.
Dorsal had been looking at the creature for several minutes when it suddenly flew over his head. He tried to grab the creature, but his horse panicked, knocking him down.
He left the place, trying to find additional witnesses, but on his return, the creature disappeared.

As he got to within 5 meters of the object, he realized that it was some kind of floating humanoid, about 3 feet tall, with a large head, with small eyes, a barely visible nose, & ears & a very short neck. Dorsal looked at the creature for a few minutes when it suddenly flew over his head. He tried grabbing at the creature but his horse panicked, knocking him down. He left the area in an attempt to obtain additional witnesses, but upon returning the creature had disappeared.
