The man reported that a race of intelligent beings had been in contact with him for 6 months. He reported that they were very similar to humans, except that some had only one opening for the nostril.
He also mentioned the four races of beings. Some looked like pygmies, others like tall ethereal giants (7 feet (2.1 m) or more). They all had an ancestral trait, working in symbiosis to support the entire community.
He was also told that they lived in four specific regions of the Hollow Earth. Near the inner equator, he was shown that the gravity there is the lowest. They could jump 20 feet or more, smoothly returning to the inside of the Ground. He noted that no one ate animal meat, eating was a minimal phenomenon. Apparently, they did not need the same level of food as humans. Partly because of the way they think.
He was also led to believe that their INNER SUN also provides nutrients through absorption through the retina. This spectrum of light is always available to the inhabitants of the hollow Earth. On the surface, we have to wait for sunrise or sunset to watch and get the nutrients. This explains why, over the millennia, beings become ethereal (transparent), their entire body absorbing the raw light energy of the full spectrum; there is no need to eat "food" anymore. Food is nothing more than a dense form of light with a certain wavelength. The sun is a full-spectrum light.
They also showed that their means of motion were through what we call "magnetism," except that they used it in a way that redefined gravity as we know it. There were other forms of travel in different light spectra. Light is much more complex than we could currently understand in our evolution of science.
Our Sun communicates with the Inner Sun and all the Suns in the universe instantly, at every moment of time. Music is a rich part of their culture, a witness described what looked like a guitar with strings, but it wasn't plucked with a pick or finger, instead it was a shiny sphere, when held close to the strings, the sound was like a hundred crystal bowls playing in unison.
(The witness died in October 2003 at the age of 64).

They apparently did not require the level of food sustenance as humans do. Partly because of their efficiency of how they think. He was also led to believe that their INNER SUN also provided nutrients through the absorption through the retinas. Hollow Earth inhabitants have that spectrum of light available all the time.
