Four witnesses reported seeing the silhouette of a black" man " of medium height descending into the field near Ovsyannikov.
According to the report, the two girls told other witnesses that a "man without a flying machine" was descending over the field. Witnesses watched the man maneuver over the field for about 30 minutes, but no one dared to approach him out of fear.
Among the witnesses were V. L. Trofimva and her daughter Angela.
