Police are investigating after villagers claimed to have seen a Superman-like figure flying through the sky.
Almost 20 residents claim that this figure was wearing a shiny blue suit, the same as Superman. The police officers took written statements of all the witnesses and say that they described the figure in the same way. District police officer Ion Anyuta said:
"We talked to people of different ages, who are all reliable citizens in our village. They all said that they saw this strange creature flying over their homes in its shiny blue uniform."
41-year-old resident Konstantin Toader said:
"He looked like Superman and was flying slowly at an altitude of about 100 yards from the ground, standing. He didn't make any smoke or sound. Just riding around."
