A witness who was hitchhiking in this area was dropped off near the city center and he decided to continue walking alone, after about 10 km it began to get dark. At that moment, he noticed a "man" at the nearest barbed wire fence, who seemed to be collecting something on the floor, the witness assumed that it was firewood.
He decided to approach the figure, shouting:
"Don, Don" (sir, sir).
But I didn't get an answer.
At that moment, he noticed that it was a man, but very short and thin, he came closer and asked the strange figure if she was collecting wood for the fire, the strange figure then turned to look at him, and the witness noticed that he had a strange appearance. Red glowing eyes, in horror, he ran away from the place and was almost hit by a passing car.
He told his family what happened the next day.
